How to...

As you browse through our site, you will notice there is an "Add" button next to each catalogue entry. As you pass over it, it becomes highlighted and a plus sign (+) appears in the trolly icon (you can try on the examples on the left). You will also see the status bar text (at the bottom of your screen) become (for example) "Click to add C11234 to your order" (this is the catalogue number). If you click the "Add" button, you will get a dialogue indicating the price of the item, and asking how many you would like to add to your trolly. Here you can indicate the number required. If you do not enter a number, or if you click "Cancel", nothing will be added. There follows a confirmation dialogue.
As soon as you have added something to your trolley, a music note appears in the trolley icon, to show that it is no longer empty. If you pass over the trolley icon, an eye appears on it, indicating that if you click this icon, you will be able to see the trolley contents. You can do this at any time and on any page containing the trolley icon. If you wish to remove an item from your trolley, just click its "Add" button again and you will get a dialogue proposing to remove it. Click "OK" and the item will be removed.
When you wish to place your order, click on the "Order Form" icon. An order form will open and the contents of the trolley will be transferred to it. You can of course add items to or remove items from the order form at will. To do this, you simply add or remove a catalogue number from the left hand column - the rest is filled out automatically.
Enter your name, address and country, and check the format in which you wish to receive your order, Adobe PDF or printed hard copy. All the prices and postage calculations are made automatically.
Once completed, print the form out and post it to the address below with your payment. As soon as you payment is cleared, your order will be sent according to your wishes.

Note 1. If you order cassettes or CDs (or items that include these), they will have to be mailed to you, so postage will be added.
Note 2. If you are using Netscape Navigator (or Communicator), your trolley is limited to 20 items. This limit does not apply in Internet Explorer (and NO we are NOT advertising, just stating a fact!!).

Payment

Being a bit new to the internet market, we are more than a little concerned about web security! We do not want you, the customer, to take any risks in paying us, so for the moment, we prefer to rely on the good old traditional methods. In the coming months, this may well change however, as we are looking seriously at the possibility of using credit cards with 100% safety.

We accept IMOs (International Money Orders) from any country, made out in Euros. Within the EEC (European Economic Community), we accept bank cheques in Euros, or IMOs.

If you have any other form of payment in mind (cash, gold ingots, diamonds, luxury goods etc. !!), send our admin an e-mail, leaving them your contact details, and details of your intended order and form of payment, and they will see what can be worked out.
