This album is a product of the meeting of five outstanding
musicians, three pianists, Véronique Muzy, Jean-Luc André and
Roland Conil, and two percussionists, Marie-Françoise Bonin-Antonini
and Rachel Faucon. What appears at first to be an odd combination of
instruments, quickly reveals itself to be a perfect osmosis of sounds.
The pieces chosen are either specifically composed or arranged for
these instruments, and each musician show their extraordinary mastery
in their execution of these works.
