This is the second of our albums centred on texts by the renown French author, Victor Hugo. Once again, Eric Breton has captured the essence of the words in a finely woven net of music. Odile Bruckert's vocals are as pure and precise as ever, and her interpretation seems even deeper and more personal as she moves on resolutely from album to album. Eric interprets his music at the piano, with the feeling and soul that only the composer himself could feel.
